★★★★★ Outstanding Emergency Service! We had an emergency situation on a Monday night around 10 PM when we suddenly lost power to half of our house. To make matters even more stressful, we were having a Celebration of Life for my father the very next morning. I called Boca Electric, and Claudia answered the phone. She was absolutely fantastic! She understood how urgent the situation was and arranged to have Matt , the electrician, at our house by midnight. Matt quickly diagnosed the problem and determined that our meter box needed to be replaced. He coordinated with FPL, who arrived around 3 AM to shut off the power, and Matt worked through the night to replace the box and get everything taken care of. I truly can't say enough good things about Claudia, Matt, and Abigail. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help us during such an important and stressful night meant more to our family than they probably realize.
